Ingredients

  • 4 smoked sausage links, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups sweet potato cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread sausage, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
