Ingredients
- 4 smoked sausage links, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cups sweet potato cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread sausage, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes evenly on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until veggies are tender and caramelized.
- Serve hot, straight from the pan.
